The total price you see for your order already includes Royal Mail Tracked 48 shipping as standard on most products. This may be upgraded to a faster shipping method for a small fee*. See at checkout. Some other products may be sent via a next day private courier such as DHL or DPD. We reserve the right to use an alternative shipping method, of equivalent speed or better should the Royal Mail service not be available to us at any time or for any other reason.
Orders for most items will be dispatched the same day if they are received before 3pm (Mon-Thurs) 2pm (Fri) 11am (Sat).
The majority of orders will be sent out using a Royal Mail Tracked 48hr service, unless otherwise stipulated or a faster service has been purchased at checkout. This shipping service usually has a 2-3 working day delivery aim.
We also offer a free Next Day Delivery Service on some items please check individual item. *For any items where a free Next Day Delivery Service is not offered this can usually be purchased / upgraded from Tracked 48 to Tracked 24 for a small fee, see at checkout.
Orders made before 2pm on a Friday will be dispatched on the Friday with a delivery aim the following Monday/Tuesday. Unless a Tracked 24 service was offered free of charge or purchased as an upgrade, in which case the item would normally be delivered the day after on Saturday or possibly on Sunday (Sunday delivery is dependent on delivery locations set by Royal Mail).
Some orders made after 2pm on a Friday will be dispatched the day after on Saturday with a delivery aim of Tuesday/Wednesday. Unless a Tracked 24 service was offered free of charge or purchased as an upgrade, in which case the item may be delivered the day after Sunday (Royal Mail location dependent) or the following Monday.
Orders made on Saturdays before 11am will be shipped that day with a delivery aim of Tuesday/Wednesday. Unless a Tracked 24 service was offered free of charge or purchased as an upgrade, in which case the item may be delivered the day after Sunday or Monday. (Sunday delivery is dependent on location but now offered by Royal Mail for tracked 24 items posted on Saturdays although this is not guaranteed it has a good success rate).
Any order after 11am Saturday will be shipped the following Monday.
